Jen Cardello

Jen Cardello is an accomplished design research and operations leader with extensive experience in the field of user experience. Currently serving as Managing Vice President of Design Research & Operations at Capital One, Jen has previously held senior roles in UX research and insights at Fidelity Investments, including Senior Vice President and Vice President positions. At athenahealth, Jen advanced from Director of UX Research to Executive Director, overseeing design research and user experience initiatives. Additionally, Jen has served as Director/User Experience Specialist at Nielsen Norman Group and held the role of Principal at Site Diagnosis, LLC. Jen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Architectural Design from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design and has further education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
