Anika Asad

Construction Engineer-in-training at Capital Power

Anika Asad's work experience starts in 2013 as an intern at the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC). In 2014, they worked as a Junior Engineering Intern at Teledyne VariSystems, Inc. The following year, they became an Electrical Engineering Intern at Shell. From 2015 to 2017, Anika worked as a student at the University of Calgary. In 2017, they joined MPE Engineering Ltd. as an Administrative Assistant. Anika then worked at Capital Power, starting in 2018 as an Energy Management EIT, followed by roles as an EI&C Engineer-In-Training and an Electrical Construction Engineer-In-Training.

Anika Asad attended the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary from 2012 to 2017. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
