Tiffany Larew has diverse work experience in various industries. Tiffany started their career at National City Bank in 2004 as an Office Manager, where they led a team to achieve goals and won customer satisfaction awards multiple times. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator, creating and designing marketing initiatives. In 2008, Tiffany joined PNC Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager, responsible for branch operations, customer growth, and employee training. Tiffany became a Branch Manager in 2011, implementing new sales processes and increasing customer satisfaction and profitability. In 2017, Tiffany joined CAPTRUST as a Manager - Client Services, Administration, overseeing a team of 20 associates and managing projects and vendor relationships. Tiffany later became an Employee Relations Manager and is currently serving as a Senior Manager, focusing on risk management, employment law, and performance management, including conducting investigations and providing counsel.

Tiffany Larew earned a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Marketing from Bradley University, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. Tiffany then pursued an MBA in Leadership & Management at Northern Illinois University from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, Tiffany Larew obtained various certifications, including "SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)" from SHRM in December 2021 and "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn in August 2022. Tiffany has also completed multiple courses on LinkedIn in areas such as emotional intelligence, cross-cultural intelligence, empathy at work, improving listening skills, and building relationships while working from home. In 2012, they obtained a "PNC Blackbelt in Facilitative Coaching" from PNC.
