Kelly Westhoven, SHRM-CP, PHR, CDP has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Kelly is currently the Director of Human Resources at Foundations Health Solutions. In their previous role at Consulate Health Care, they served as the Regional Director of Human Resources/Employee Relations, overseeing multiple regions in a fast-paced healthcare organization. Kelly provided support to regions in 10 US states and handled various HR responsibilities, including leadership training, talent acquisition, performance management, and union matters. Prior to that, they were the District Director of Human Resources at Kindred Healthcare, where they provided HR direction to management teams at 15 nursing centers. Kelly also worked as the Human Resources Director at HHRG, where they worked with a labor and employment law attorney to provide HR management to client healthcare centers, handling job descriptions, employee relations matters, and compliance with EEOC and DOL claims.

Kelly Westhoven, SHRM-CP, PHR, CDP holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from The Ohio State University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including a Certified Diversity Professional (CDP) certification from the Institute For Diversity, a PHR certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), and a SHRM-CP certification.
