Deepak Sahoo has an extensive work experience in the tech industry. Deepak began their career in 2001 as a Senior Applications Consultant at Synopsys, where they worked with multiple customers across the US and Asia Pacific regions to demonstrate Synopsys product's technical value proposition and secured $20+M in sales. In 2003, they joined Magma Design Automation, where they improved product performance by 5X by continuously identifying bottlenecks and driving innovative solutions. Deepak also managed product releases and deployments for major customers, generating $50+M of annual sales. In 2012, they rejoined Synopsys as a Product & Engineering Leader, where they used AI/ML algorithms to find solutions for complex optimization problems and improved QOR by 10%, runtime by 15% and memory usage by 5%. Deepak also defined product roadmaps and managed software implementation to improve customer satisfaction and increase renewals worth $1+ Billion. In 2019, they joined Nutanix as a Business Development Manager - Technology Alliances, where they were responsible for building Technology Partnership ecosystem to enable sales and increased sales by 10% by funneling more cloud partners to the ecosystem. Currently, they are the Head Of Engineering at care.coach, where they are managing an energetic team of Front End, Backend, ML, Mobile, QA Engineers to build Saas based digital technologies that enable people to lead a healthier life. Deepak is also using ML/AI to automate conversations and predict behaviors, and building highly secure & scalable infrastructure to support millions of clients.

Deepak Sahoo completed a Dual Degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 1996 to 2001. Deepak then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2018 to 2021.
