Donna Deveau

VP of Philanthropy at Care Dimensions

Donna Deveau joined Care Dimensions in 2019 as the vice president for philanthropy. As vice president of philanthropy, Deveau is responsible for creating and providing leadership for a comprehensive and cost-effective fundraising program. Deveau oversees annual giving, capital campaigns, major gifts, planned giving, special events, memorial giving, and other initiatives with a goal of attracting maximum support from Care Dimensions’ constituency of individuals, businesses, foundations and community organizations.

Deveau has over 20 years’ experience in nonprofit leadership, including management and oversight of comprehensive philanthropy programs for home care and hospital organizations. Before joining Care Dimensions, she served at Home Health Foundation in Lawrence, where she was vice president of corporate communications and community engagement for the past four years and, previously, the director of development/external relations.

Deveau holds a B.S. in accounting and an M.Ed. in administration from UMass Lowell. She is a member of the New England Association for Healthcare Philanthropy, the Association of Fundraising Professionals and Associated Grant Makers.
