Subbu Ramalingam

Subbu Ramalingam has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in roles related to risk adjustment, quality improvement, and customer engagement. Subbu most recently worked as the Vice President of Quality, Stars and Risk Adjustment at CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, where they led the integration of enterprise-wide risk-adjustment and quality improvement activities. Prior to that, they held senior leadership positions at Pulse8 Inc., overseeing customer engagement and strategy for large customer accounts. Subbu also worked at Independence Blue Cross, where they directed the strategy and execution of CMS 5-Star rating outcomes and led risk analytics and optimization efforts. Earlier in their career, Subbu worked at barclaycard as a program manager/project manager/lead BA, and at Cognizant Technology Solutions' Team within JP Morgan Chase as an associate and programmer analyst. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in driving quality improvement, managing customer relationships, and delivering effective solutions in the healthcare and finance sectors.

Subbu Ramalingam holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business, Data, Technology, and Management from Madurai Kamaraj University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Physics at the University of Madras from 1996 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Subbu Ramalingam has obtained several certifications. Subbu completed the "Business Analytics: From Data to Insights" course at The Wharton School in March 2020, the "Product Strategy: Discovering, Developing, Managing, and Marketing Products as a Business" course at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in December 2019, and obtained the "Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)" certification from Scrumalliance in July 2011.
