Chantel Varney

Chantel Varney has held various positions in the healthcare industry. Chantel started their career at Humana in 2008 as a Front Line Leader and worked there until 2013. Chantel then joined Triplefin as a Senior Quality Assurance Manager from 2013 to 2017. Following that, they worked at Kroger as a Health and Wellness Quality Manager from 2017 to 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Pharmacy Quality Assurance at CarelonRx, starting from April 2023.

Chantel Varney received a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of Cincinnati between 2004 and 2008. In addition, they obtained certifications as a Certified Pharmacy Technician from PTCB in 2005 and as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) in 2021. Chantel also holds a certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt from the Xavier Leadership Center.
