Michele Draper

Michele Draper is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and client services within the health industry. Currently serving as the Director of Payment Integrity Operations at Carewise Health since January 2016, Michele previously held the role of Client Services Executive at the same company, where responsibilities included managing customized client solutions and strategic planning. Prior to Carewise Health, Michele worked at SHPS for over 14 years as the Billing and Collections Manager, overseeing billing, cash posting, and collections for multiple divisions. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Commercial Loan Servicing Specialist at JP Morgan Chase, managing a substantial portfolio of accounts. Michele holds a degree from Western Kentucky University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
