Eric Walker has extensive experience in customer service and support roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Specialist at CARFAX since February 2019, Eric previously held positions including Producer/Reporter at KMSG TV and an internship at Austin Reed Network. Prior roles at Exostar included Sr. Associate Training Analyst and Sr. Associate Customer Success Consultant. Eric's background also features significant experience in patient services at Patient First and Nova Medical Group & Urgent Care, as well as customer service roles within the Commonwealth of Virginia's DMV.
