Priscila Chaves Martínez

Priscila Chaves Martínez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, technology, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Innovation & Ecosystem Lead at Cargill since March 2021, Priscila has also founded and serves as the Executive Director of 10x Impact, focusing on enhancing job readiness and promoting gender equity in technology and education. Previous roles include Hub Coordinator for the fAIr LAC Initiative at the Inter-American Development Bank, Ambassador for Women in AI in Costa Rica, and leadership positions at Cognitiva IBM Watson and IBM. Priscila holds an MBA from NYU Stern and is pursuing a Master's in Philosophy in Artificial Intelligence Ethics and Society at the University of Cambridge.
