Valeria Shershen has a wealth of work experience. Valeria began their career in 2012 as a Booking Agent for Aerosvit Airlines, where they were responsible for greeting passengers, issuing flight tickets, and modifying or cancelling flight reservations. In 2013, they joined Vanilla Tours as an Operations Team Member. In 2018, they moved to BookingAgora as a B2B Sales Support. In 2019, they were a Luxury Tailor Made Travel Consultant for Amaze by Neon. Most recently, they have been working at Carla since 2020, where they have held the roles of Head of Customer Support, Senior Customer Service Representative, and Customer Support Specialist.

Valeria Shershen completed their Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from the National Aviation University in 2012.
