Karin Löfgren has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Karin started their career as an Ekonomiassistent at Mandator in 1999 and worked there until 2003. Karin then moved to Cardif Pinnacle, where they worked as an Ekonomiassistent from November 2003 to February 2004. After that, they joined General Mills and served as a Sales Controller & Sales Assistant from February 2004 to May 2012. Later, they became a Nordic Category and Sales Analyst at General Mills from June 2012 to December 2012.

In 2013, Karin joined Paulig Coffee Sweden AB, where they worked as an Office Manager from January 2013 to September 2014, and then as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator from October 2014 to February 2016. Karin then moved to Paulig - Coffee Division of Paulig Group and worked as a Customer Service Coordinator from February 2016 to August 2017.

In November and December 2017, Karin worked at InfoCare as a Projektkoordinator, specifically involved in the Windows 10 rollout project for Astra Zeneca.
