Matthew Wisthoff

Matthew Wisthoff has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthew started their career as an Ocean Rescue Lieutenant for the Town of Wrightsville Beach in 2005 and held the position until 2008. In 2007, they worked as an Account Executive for Wrightsville Beach Magazine & Lumina News. Later that year, they joined Set Up Events as an Account Executive for a brief period.

In 2008, Matthew transitioned into the cycling industry, working as a Salesperson/Mechanic for Bike Cycles until 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Professional Triathlete from 2008 to 2019. In 2014, they became a Cycling Coach for Without Limits Coaching.

Matthew'smost recent positions include Sales and Service Manager at Rhoddie Bicycle Outfitters starting in 2018 and currently working as an Expert Coach at Carmichael Training Systems since 2021.

Overall, Matthew has gained extensive experience in coaching, sales, customer service, and sports performance throughout their career.

Matthew Wisthoff obtained their education from two institutions. From 1999 to 2003, they attended the Western School of Technology and Environmental Science. During this period, they focused on Print Communications & Computer Graphics. Following that, from 2003 to 2007, they enrolled at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.
