Rachel Conrad has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as a Broiler Cook at Burke's Seafood since February 2019. In addition, Rachel has held the position of Kitchen Manager at Craig's Cafe since September 2017 and has been the Lead Cook at Carmine's, a family-owned Italian cafe, since September 2015. Furthermore, Rachel works as the Office Manager and HR at Snapchef Culinary Staffing and Training, where responsibilities include conducting employee orientations and coordinating recruitment. Previous experience includes working as a First Cook at The Palm Restaurant, where responsibilities encompassed high-volume kitchen operations, and serving as Kitchen Manager at Pain D'Avignon, a high-end bakery and cafe, where Rachel managed kitchen operations and vendor relationships.
