Rose Ann Pabalan Valera is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Cartrack Middle East since November 2021, Rose Ann previously held the position of Human Resources Officer at Al Douri Group from November 2020 to October 2021, where responsibilities included comprehensive management of the recruitment process and onboarding of new hires.
