Carolyn Gould

Carolyn Gould is currently the CEO Action for Racial Equity Fellow at a company. Carolyn is also a Child Advocate at CASA for Children of Essex County, volunteering to advocate for children in foster care. With previous experience as a Board Member and Vice President at HR People + Strategy, Carolyn served as Treasurer & Finance Committee Chair. Prior to that, Carolyn was a Principal at PwC, leading the national Payroll Transformation and Payroll Services practice. Carolyn also worked at ORC Worldwide as an International Compensation Consultant. Carolyn holds a BS in Mathematics from Montclair State University.
