Veronica Kazantseva

Veronica Kazantseva has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as an English Tutor and Recruiter at Big Ben. Veronica then worked as an English Tutor at various organizations including English University, Triol Corporation, and Kharkiv Palace Hotel. In 2016, they became a Regional Coordinator at the European Business Association and also worked as a Business English Teacher at Kharkiv Palace Hotel. In 2018, they took on the role of Sponsorship and Partnership Manager at Football Club "Shakhtar" and later joined WorkNest Technologies as an English Tutor. Veronica also worked as a Freelance Recruiter before becoming the People and Culture Manager at CASAFARI in 2021. Throughout their career, Veronica has gained extensive experience in teaching English, recruitment, and managing people and culture.

Veronica Kazantseva completed their Master's degree in Philology/Linguistics from Donetsk National University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to employee experience, talent management, HR and digital transformation, and HR as a business partner from LinkedIn.
