Greg Taylor

Greg Taylor has extensive work experience in sales and business development. Greg is currently serving as the Chief Sales Officer at Case Status, starting in July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Enterprise Sales Director at Qualtrics from February 2020 to July 2021.

Before joining Qualtrics, Greg had a long tenure at Blackbaud, starting in January 2007. During their time there, they held various roles, including Senior Director of National Sales, Senior Sales Manager, and Sales Manager. As Senior Director of National Sales, they were responsible for managing a team of sales managers, inside sales executives, and sales overlays, selling SaaS solutions to a wide range of industries. Greg also led the sales efforts for new logo CRM SaaS and Financials and Analytics to nationally branded Enterprise Federated accounts.

Prior to Blackbaud, Greg worked at Allegis Group Services as the Director of Business Development. In this role, they developed commercial, public sector, and non-profit IT services, solutions, partnerships, and outsourcing business within the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region. Greg also served as the Southeast Director of Business Development, where they managed and supported account managers selling IT services in a 7-state region.

Greg's career started at Allegis Group, where they worked as the Director of Branch Operations for the Tidewater Region. In this role, they managed a sales team and day-to-day operations in the Tidewater area.

Before joining Allegis Group, Greg worked at TEKsystems as a Strategic Account Executive and later as an Account Manager. As a Strategic Account Executive, they developed successful sales processes for IT services and generated significant revenue. As an Account Manager, they managed customer accounts and recruited and placed IT consultants.

Overall, Greg Taylor has a strong background in sales, business development, and client management, with experience in SaaS solutions, IT services, and technology sales.

Greg Taylor attended the University of Delaware from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a dual major in Economics and International Relations. Greg then went on to study at American University from 1993 to 1995, focusing on graduate studies in International Economics and International Business.
