Michael Sergeant has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael began their career as a Management Trainee at Eurogroup Vacances in 1998. Michael later worked as a Channel Marketing Executive at Sphinx for a brief period. From 2001 to 2006, they served as a Marketing Project Manager at Wessanen, working on various projects for the company's subsidiaries. Michael then joined Nestlé in 2006, where they held roles including Senior Brand Manager and Regional Marketing Manager, responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing communications campaigns, and leading innovation projects. In 2014, Michael moved to Campari Asia Pacific as a Group Marketing Manager, overseeing brand growth strategies, category planning, and marketing campaigns for their dark spirits portfolio. Finally, since 2017, they have been employed by Casella Family Brands as the Head of Strategy & Innovation and Global Marketing Manager.
Michael Sergeant has a strong background in education, primarily focusing on business administration and management. Michael completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Consumer Science with a specialization in Food and Consumer Marketing from the University of Newcastle in 1997.
