Brent S. Scott

Brent S. Scott is an associate attorney in the firm’s St. Louis, MO office. Brent focuses his practice on a wide range of civil litigation defense.

Prior to joining Cassiday Schade, Brent worked as an attorney where he honed his litigation skills in the areas of contracts, personal property, foreclosures, and real property loss mitigation negotiations.

Brent earned his J.D. from Saint Louis University School of Law and holds a Master of Fine Arts from the University of New Orleans. He is a member of the Missouri and Illinois State Bar Associations with additional admissions in the U.S. District Courts in the Eastern District of Missouri and the Southern District of Illinois.
