Loraina Trujillo

Loraina Trujillo is an associate attorney in the firm's Springfield office. Loraina received two Bachelor's degrees from Southern Illinois University and her law degree from SIU's School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she served as the President of the Hispanic Latinx Law Sudent Association and Vice-President of the International and Immigration Law Society, and also served as an article editor for SIU's Law Journal. Loraina received the CALI Award for achieving the highest grade in legal writing and research.

During law school, Loraina interned as a law clerk with the Illinois Attorney General's Office. There, she gained a wealth of litigation experience drafting dispositive motions, conducting legal research, and assisting with case strategy for the Environmental Bureau, civil right litigation, and correctional healthcare defense.

Loraina is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and the Hispanic Lawyer's Association of Illinois. She is licensed to practice in Illinois.

Loraina is fluent in Spanish.
