Laura Leonard

Laura Leonard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, diversity and inclusion strategy, and nonprofit leadership. As the Founder and Principal Consultant at Good Egg Solutions, Laura collaborates with nonprofit leaders to address key challenges such as employee burnout and change management. Previously, Laura served as Strategy Lead for DEI and Skill-Based Hiring at Indeed.com, where significant accomplishments included a successful pilot program that increased customer commitment to DEI practices and revenue generation. Laura also founded the Jersey City Holiday Meal Exchange and has held several impactful roles at BASF and BorgWarner, focusing on customer experience, marketing strategy, and product management. Laura's educational background includes an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University, complemented by an immersive study abroad experience in French studies.
