Kelly Costanza

Kelly Costanza serves as the Chief People Officer at CAVA, a position held since May 2020. Prior to this role, Kelly was the Senior Vice-President of Human Resources at Ollie's Bargain Outlet from May 2015 to May 2020. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Talent Management at both rue21 (July 2011 - April 2015) and Education Management Corporation (July 2007 - April 2010), as well as Vice President of Human Resources and Vice President of Recruiting at American Eagle Outfitters from October 1999 to May 2006. Kelly Costanza earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh between 1992 and 1996.
