Will Cosden

Will Cosden has held a variety of roles throughout their work experience. Will is currently employed as a Major Account Executive at CareerBuilder since July 2021. Prior to joining CareerBuilder, they worked at Aerotek for over six years from 2015 to 2021. During their time at Aerotek, they held positions such as Engineering Account Manager - Aerospace & Defense, Engineering Recruiter, and Recruiter. Before joining Aerotek, Will worked as a Membership Coordinator at Juvenile Product Manufacturers Association from 2013 to 2015. Will also gained experience as a Volunteer at The Franklin Institute, White Dog Cafe, and Siloam Wellness in 2012.

Will Cosden earned a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where they studied from 2008 to 2012.
