Johanna Lortsher

Johanna Lortsher is a PHR and SHRM-CP certified HR professional and serves as their HR Manager, leading her team with a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Johanna has a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. She began her career in California and moved to Arizona in 2008. She has worked in both a multi-client environment and as an in-house HR Manager. She has a deep understanding of all aspects of HR law and best practices for companies of all sizes and in all industries and her expertise extends to all compliance areas including HR investigations and complex terminations. She is an invaluable partner to CBR’s clients and is a strong believer in applying a holistic approach to customer service.
