Mitch Hare

Mitch Hare has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Their most recent role was as a Manager II - Implementation & Support at CBTS since August 2022, where they oversee implementation activities and identifies efficiency gaps. Prior to that, they were a Team Lead - Network Implementation at CBTS from January to August 2022, responsible for overseeing the implementation of network services and leading a team of Network Engineers. Before joining CBTS, Mitch worked as a Network Engineer at CBTS from October 2019 to January 2022, responsible for the implementation and troubleshooting of data solutions.

Before their time at CBTS, Mitch worked at FirstGroup America as an IT Analyst/ Mobility Admin from June to October 2019, and previously as a Jr. Network Engineer from March 2018 to June 2019. Prior to that, they worked at TeamLogicIT as a Network Engineer from November 2015 to February 2018, where they built network systems and was well-versed in VOIP and firewall systems. Mitch's earliest work experience was as a Combat Medic in the US Army from September 2009 to September 2013.

Mitch Hare attended Cincinnati State Technical and Community College from 2015 to 2017, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Network Engineering (NETC). In addition to their degree, Mitch has obtained various certifications throughout their career. These include the Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching), Cisco Meraki Networking Associate, Juniper Networks Certified Associate - (JNCIA-MistAI), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator, Cisco Meraki Network Operator, and Datto Technical Specialist II certifications. Mitch obtained these certifications between the years 2018 and 2023, with their most recent certification being the CCNA Routing and Switching in July 2023.
