Amr Nosseir

Amr Nosseir is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in investment management and leadership roles across prominent firms. Currently serving as Managing Director at Clayton Dubilier & Rice since March 2022, Amr previously held the positions of Chairman for the Middle East and Managing Director at CVC Capital Partners from 2015 to April 2022, and Partner and Chairman for the Middle East at Perella Weinberg Partners from 2006 to 2014. Amr's earlier career includes significant roles at Morgan Stanley as Managing Director and Head of the Middle East Group from 1990 to 2005, and as Vice President at Citi's North American Investment Bank from 1984 to 1989. Academic credentials include an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Colgate University.
