Jorge Baran

Jorge Baran currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at CECOP USA since April 2023. Previously, Jorge held several roles at CooperVision from February 2011 to January 2023, including Senior Clinical Trainer, where responsibilities included leading training initiatives and mentoring clinical sales trainers across the Americas. In that role, Jorge effectively translated complex technical information for diverse audiences and pioneered innovative training methods. Earlier positions at CooperVision included Senior Sales Trainer and Field Account Executive, with notable achievements in driving sales growth and supporting team development. Jorge also worked at CIBA Vision from 1996 to 2011, ultimately as Executive Account Manager. Jorge holds a Bachelor's degree in Vision Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires.
