Jeff Slone

Jeff Slone has extensive work experience in the field of IT infrastructure operations and security. Jeff is currently working as the Corporate Vice President of IT Infrastructure Operations and Security at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Corporate Director of IT Operations and Security at the same company from January 2015 to February 2022. Before joining Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, Jeff worked at Advanced Computer Connections as a Lead Network Engineer from January 2001 to August 2013, where they provided leadership to a team of engineers and was responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting various network solutions. Jeff's earlier experience includes working as a Network Administrator at Geotrac Inc from January 1996 to January 2001, where they installed and supported IBM and Sun servers. Throughout their career, Jeff has demonstrated their expertise in IT security, engineering, and network administration.

Jeff Slone holds a Master of Science degree in Information Security and Assurance from Western Governors University, which they obtained from 2013 to 2014. Jeff also completed their Bachelor's degree in IT - Security Emphasis from the same university, having studied there from 2010 to 2013. In addition, they have received certifications such as CISSP from (ISC)² in 2018, and Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator C|HFI and Certified Ethical Hacker CEH from EC-Council in 2014.
