Jody Nelson

Jody Nelson has a solid background in the IT field, with experience spanning over two decades. They started their career as an IT Manager at Ticketmaster Entertainment in 1995 and worked there for 8 years. In 2003, they joined Investment Professionals, Inc. as an IT Director and remained in that role until 2014. From 2014 to 2021, Nelson served as the Director of Information Technology at Schlitterbahn Waterparks & Resorts. Currently, they hold the position of Regional Director of IT Operations at Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, starting in December 2021.

Jody Nelson obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in EET from ITT Technical Institute-Orland Park in 1995. Later, in 2015, Jody completed a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University. Additionally, Jody holds several certifications including Computer Hacking Forensic Investigator (CHFI) and Certified Ethical Hacker from EC-Council, as well as various certifications from CompTIA and Microsoft.
