Taiwo Soretire

Taiwo Soretire has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Taiwo currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at Cedarcrest Hospitals, starting in February 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Finance & Strategy at Topsure from August 2019 to January 2021. In this role, they provided strategic leadership and direction for teams of finance professionals and business strategists.

From June 2017 to July 2019, Taiwo worked as the Treasury & Tax Lead at the Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation. In this position, they led the Treasury and Tax team for two projects focused on health system strengthening in Nigeria and Liberia.

In 2005, Taiwo served as a Finance Officer at the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), where they handled cashbook preparation, bank reconciliation, and cheque-related responsibilities.

Taiwo'scareer began as an Office Manager at Aayat Communications Ltd from February 2001 to March 2002.

Throughout their career, Taiwo Soretire has demonstrated expertise in finance, strategy, treasury, tax, audit, and management.

Taiwo Soretire has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Financial Management from London Metropolitan University. They also have a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business (Finance) from the University of Wales. In addition, they hold a certification in ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) from the London School of Business and Finance LSBF. They also obtained the ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant) degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
