Andra Antonescu

Andra Antonescu has a diverse work experience in HR and translation roles. Starting as a Translator at S.C. Beta Impex SRL in 1998, they then worked as an HR Assistant at Banvit Romania from 1999 to 2002. Andra later served as an HR Professional at Deloitte from 2003 to 2008, taking on the role of HR Senior Manager Romania & Moldova until 2018. Andra currently holds the position of HR Director at Cegeka Romania since December 2018.

Andra Antonescu completed their Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication Sciences at the University of Bucharest from 1994 to 1998. Andra then pursued a degree in Human Resources Management at ASEBUSS from 2004 to 2005. Recently, in 2020, they attended BISM - Bucharest International School of Management. And in 2021, they participated in Business Coaching at PwC. Additionally, Andra Antonescu obtained the ICF Member Badge certification from the International Coaching Federation in February 2023.
