Eduardo Miguel

Eduardo MIGUEL has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources and Learning & Development. Eduardo started their career in 1998 at Dynargie / Altedia / Groupe Adecco as a Manager. From 2005 to 2010, they worked at Cegos as a Manager in the Unité RH & Management, where they led a team of 15 expert HR consultants. Eduardo then transitioned to the role of Head of Learning & Talent Development for Electric, Electronic & Hightech BtoB industries at Cegos from 2011 onwards. In 2015, they founded Learning & Co, where they served as the Directeur-fondateur, focusing on providing management and HR consulting services to SMEs.
