Kelsey Shea

Kelsey Shea has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and operations. Kelsey is currently serving as the Vice President of People & Operations at Cell-Ed since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Causey Demgen & Moore P.C. as the Director of People and Culture from January 2021 to September 2022. Kelsey also worked at Vi at Highlands Ranch as a Human Resources Recruiter from September 2017 to January 2021. Additionally, they have held positions at Korn Ferry Futurestep as a Sourcing Consultant (Contract) from October 2016 to June 2017, and at Au Pair Link as a Candidate Manager (Contract) from February 2016 to September 2016. Kelsey started their career as an Operations Manager at Aging in the Home Remodelers, Inc., where they worked from January 2013 to January 2016.

Kelsey Shea obtained a Master's degree in Business Management & Organization with a specialization in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from the University of Colorado Denver in 2019. The duration of this degree program lasted until 2020. Prior to attending the University of Colorado Denver, Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology and Criminal Justice from Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, Kelsey holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) which was obtained in August 2018 from HRCI.
