Chua Khoon Yang Jason is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in customer success management, sales engineering, and technical solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. Currently serving as Team Leader for APAC Customer Success Management at Cellebrite since January 2017, Chua manages key strategic accounts and fosters team growth while ensuring effective communication and account health. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager, Principal Solutions Architect, and Sales Engineer at Cellebrite, along with notable positions at Spirent Communications and NCS Group, where Chua specialized in application security and risk analysis.
