Dyisha Reliford has a diverse work experience. Dyisha started their career in education as an Educator at Chicago Public Schools through the Teach For America program from 2001 to 2004. Dyisha then joined Pfizer as a Professional Healthcare Representative from 2004 to 2007, and later as a Therapeutic Specialty Sales Representative from 2007 to 2009. Reliford then joined GE Healthcare and held various roles including Global Strategic Marketing & Pricing Manager, Global Product Marketing Manager, and Global Marketing Transformation Project Manager from 2011 to 2013. Dyisha also participated in GE's Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP) from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at GE Healthcare as a Senior Marketing Manager, leading the Campaign Strategy and Demand Generation processes in the US & Canada region. In 2016, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Management Consultant focused on Marketing & Sales Implementation. In 2017, Reliford joined Cencora and worked in roles such as Director of Marketing Strategy and Market Development, Director of Investor Relations, Vice President of the Office of Transformation, and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. In 2020, they founded Reliford Enterprises and authored a book called "The Transformation Playbook: 7 Winning Strategies to Drive Sustainable Change".
Dyisha Reliford holds an MBA with Honors in Marketing, Strategic Management, General Management, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Dyisha also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Harvard University. In 2014, they obtained the GE FastWorks Everyday certification from GE.
