Matthew Yacoub

Matthew Yacoub has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matthew currently holds the position of SVP, Technology & Systems at Cendyn as of 2023. Prior to this, they worked at WorkForce Software, where they served as SVP, Information Technology & Operations, and Director of IT and Operations. At WorkForce Software, Matthew was responsible for global IT infrastructure, support services, and business systems, as well as driving strategy formulation and implementation. Before that, Matthew worked as an Information Technology Service Desk Manager at WorkForce Software.

Before joining WorkForce Software, Matthew held the position of Project Lead at Array Information Technology, Inc, where they were responsible for managing and overseeing IT projects for the Department of Homeland Security/Customs and Border Protection. Matthew also served as the on-site hardware and software interface during this time. Prior to that, Matthew was the President & Founder of Technovative Solutions, where they provided IT, business administration, and media/web services to small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Matthew's earlier experiences include serving as the Information Technology Director at Southfield Christian School, where they established the IT department and managed a staff to support the technology needs of over 1,000 users. Matthew also served as the Varsity Track & Cross Country Coach at the school during this time. Prior to that, Matthew held the position of Project Manager at Yazaki North America and Corporate Director of Technical Support at International Business Centers.

Matthew Yacoub has a diverse education history spanning different fields. Matthew pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Kettering University from 1991 to 1996. Later, they attended the University of Michigan from 2009 to 2010, where they completed a Master of Arts degree in Sports Management.
