Akash Nograiya has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Akash began their career as a Trainee at Maruti Suzuki Seva Nagpur in 2016, followed by a Trainee role at NTPC Limited in 2017. In 2018, they were a Summer Intern at Defense Research and Development Laboratory, where they built a mathematical model of transient 1-D heat conduction through a multi-layered composite structure on MATLAB. From 2019 to 2021, Akash worked at Eicher Trucks and Buses as an Intern, where they worked with the Product Design and Development department on the development of a universal school bus. Akash conducted root cause analysis on school bus accidents and found solutions to enhance driver's and passengers' safety. Akash also conducted school surveys to understand the needs of the customers. In 2021, Akash began their role as a Mechanical Engineer at Censys Technologies Corporation. Additionally, they have served as a Chairperson, Reception Chair, and Club Coordinator at RPM - SAEMUJ.

Akash Nograiya has an extensive educational background. Akash started their education in 2000 at Delhi Public School, Korba, where they completed their high school/secondary diplomas and certificates. From 2009 to 2011, they attended Delhi Public School, Durg, where they studied junior high/intermediate/middle school education and teaching. Akash then attended Manipal University Jaipur from 2015 to 2019, where they earned their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering. Akash is currently attending Rochester Institute of Technology, where they are pursuing a Master of Engineering - MEng in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, Akash has obtained several certifications, such as an Introduction to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing from LinkedIn in July 2021, SOLIDWORKS 2019 Essential Training from LinkedIn in February 2021, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification from Rochester Institute of Technology in May 2020, CATIA V5 R20 Learning from Udemy in July 2019, A Hands-on Introduction to Engineering Simulations - ANSYS from edX in May 2020, and Hybrid Vehicles from edX in May 2020.
