Maddie Suggs

Maddie Suggs is a seasoned talent management professional with extensive experience in leadership development and communications. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Management & Leadership Development at Centene Corporation, Maddie leads the design, delivery, and measurement of talent programs while fostering a culture of development through various innovative methods. Previous roles include Senior Talent Management Partner and Communications Specialist at Jewish Family & Children's Service, where Maddie produced and implemented marketing strategies and managed press relations. As Director of Public Affairs for the Baltimore Jewish Council, Maddie facilitated community relations and created legislative materials. Maddie's early career includes significant contributions as a National Campus Organizer for the Feminist Majority Foundation and Political Fellow at Maddie Should Run. Maddie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Government and Politics from the University of Maryland.
