Daniel Silverberg

Daniel Silverberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in national security and legal affairs. Currently, Silverberg serves as Managing Director at Capstone LLC, providing policy analysis to guide investors and corporate leaders on regulatory impacts. Additionally, Silverberg holds an Adjunct Senior Fellow position at the Center for a New American Security and serves on the Policy and Engagement Advisory Panel at the National Security Agency. From 2007 to 2021, Silverberg was National Security Advisor to the House Majority Leader, analyzing geopolitical developments and managing national security legislation. Prior roles include General Counsel for the House Committee on Foreign Affairs and Associate Deputy General Counsel at the Department of Defense. Silverberg began the legal career as an Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP after earning a J.D. from Stanford Law School and an A.B. in Religion/Religious Studies from Harvard University.
