Hamish Madan

Hamish Madan has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Hamish is currently the Vice President and Managing Director for the EMEA region at the Center for Creative Leadership, where they oversee multiple offices and holds overall P&L responsibility. Previously, they served as the EMEA Markets Director at the same organization, leading the transformation of the sales and marketing function and developing strategies for sustainable growth. Before joining the Center for Creative Leadership, Hamish worked as a Partner and Associate at Minds&More, a network of marketing and sales professionals. Hamish also held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing Europe at Recall, Group Marketing Leader at WABCO, and Senior Manager at Sony. Their earlier experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Experian and a Consultant at The Henley Centre, where they specialized in traditional consumer market research. Hamish began their career as an Analyst at Azlan.

Hamish Madan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics for Business from Middlesex University, which they obtained from 1988 to 1992. Hamish then pursued a Master of Science degree in Operational Research from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) between 1992 and 1993. Following this, they completed an MBA with a specialization in Marketing and Strategy from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management during the period of 2004 to 2005. Lastly, they attended INSEAD in 2007 for a course on Advanced Industrial Marketing, but no degree was specified.
