Hannah Gears

Hannah Gears is a seasoned professional with a robust background in social work and program management focused on improving health care delivery for children and families. Currently serving as a Senior Program Officer at the Center for Health Care Strategies, Hannah Gears leads program and budget management for grants aimed at fostering equitable, patient-centered care, and collaborates with state and community stakeholders in New Jersey on data surveillance strategies.
