Lucy Raimes

Lucy Raimes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lucy is currently working at the Center for NYC Neighborhoods as the Vice President of Partnerships, a role they started in March 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Homeowner Services from October 2018 to March 2022.

Before joining the Center for NYC Neighborhoods, Lucy worked at Places for People as a Business Development Manager from December 2003 to June 2009. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at K. Backus & Associates, Inc., Real Estate Consultants from October 2000 to October 2003.

Lucy has also held various roles at the NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development. Lucy served as the Deputy Director of Large Scale Development from 1999 to 2000 and as the Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff from 1997 to 1999.

Later, they pursued their undergraduate studies at Brown University from 1991 to 1995, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies and Public Policy. Following their undergraduate studies, Lucy went on to attend New York University from 2000 to 2003, completing a Master of Urban Planning degree.
