Michael Forster

Michael Forster, PT, DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of South Florida, earned in 2015, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida, obtained in 2012. Currently serving as a Home Care Physical Therapist at CommonSpirit Health since August 2021, Michael Forster previously managed and supervised the Physical Therapy Department at CRAIG H. LICHTBLAU MD PA from May 2017 to May 2021, focusing on trauma, orthopedics, and various rehabilitation services. Earlier experience includes working as a physical therapist at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, and as an ambulatory nursing assistant and orderly at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, along with a role as a warehouse associate at the University of Miami's Miller School of Medicine.
