Jennifer Knaack Delgado, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jennifer is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Deloitte as a member of the HR transformation - Strategy & Solutions team. With over a decade of experience at MetLife, Jennifer held several leadership positions including VP of HR Shared Services LatAm, AVP of LatAm Human Resource Shared Services, Director of Global HR Business Procedures, Director of Human Resources Business Partner, and Director of Western Europe Integration. Jennifer also worked at ALICO as the Director of Global Strategy & Planning, and as a Global Training & Development Manager and Business Development & Emerging Markets intern. Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in areas such as HR operations, continuous improvement, strategy implementation, project management, and global business planning.

Jennifer Knaack Delgado holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Jennifer also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and a Master of Arts in Teaching degree with a focus on Education - Foreign Languages (Spanish) from the University of Iowa.
