Jess Lee

Director of Customer Success at Cerillo

Jess Lee is currently the Director of Customer Success at Cerillo. Jess previously worked as a Laboratory Technician at INDOOR Biotechnologies, Inc. from June 2017 to September 2019 where they were responsible for developing and manufacturing immunoassay reagents and kits designed to measure specific allergen content. Jess also worked as a Research Associate for SRI International from May 2016 to December 2016 where they were an integral part of contract research projects pertaining to basic virology research as well as treatments and vaccines. In addition, Jess has also worked as a Marketing and Customer Relations Specialist for Shenandoah Mountain Touring from January 2015 to January 2016.

Jess Lee attended James Madison University, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. Jess also holds certification from the American Red Cross in CPR/AED.

Jess Lee reports to Eric Mayton, CEO. They are on a team with Erik Hewlett - Chief Science Officer & Co-Founder, John Peck - Operations Manager, and Kevin Seitter - CTO & Co-Founder.
