He was born on 15.06.1990 in Istanbul. He completed his primary and secondary education in Pendik. He graduated from Kocaeli University Mechanical Engineering in 2012. He worked as a researcher in TUBITAK in the first 2 years of his graduation life. Hyundai Supplier factory in Turkey in 2015 as Auditor (5STAR Auditor) he has stepped in as the automotive industry and has been transferred to Mercedes-Benz in 2018. During this period, he worked as a global auditor and engineer in module localization projects. Mustafa Aydemir, who worked as the Quality Manager in the automotive supply industry company in Çerkezköy for a short time than joined the Çetin Civata family in September 2020 as the Quality Manager.
