Tom Quaadman

Tom Quaadman serves as the Executive Director of Financial Reporting Policy and Investor Opportunity at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, a position held since August 2008. Previously, Tom held the title of Executive Vice President for the Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness within the same organization. Tom earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from New York Law School and a Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science and Government from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island.
