Sophie Reed

Sophie Reed is an experienced project manager and implementation consultant at CHAMP Cargosystems since July 2021, with a robust background in the aviation industry. Prior to this role, Sophie served as Station Performance Manager at Norwegian from September 2017 to June 2021 and held various positions at Vietnam Airlines, including Airport Operations Manager and Airport Operations Supervisor from November 2011 to September 2017. Sophie's career began at Swissport as an Online Trainer/Airbridge Instructor and Flight Dispatcher/Load Controller from March 2009 to November 2011, followed by a role as Customer Service Representative at Astraeus Ltd from November 2007 to March 2009, and as a Customer Service Agent at British Airways from March 2006 to October 2006. Sophie completed education at The Towers Convent from 1999 to 2004.
